JO KOY

Jo Koy’s humble beginnings in standup comedy took place in Las Vegas coffee shops in the early 1990s.  Now, he is recognized as one of the most successful comedians in the nation.  Koy considers his big break to be when he performed on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno in 2005, being one of the very few to earn a standing ovation for his performance.  Since then, he has two successful Comedy Central shows, Dont Make Him Angry and Lights Out, in which he draws most of his inspiration from his family, Filipino heritage, and more.  In 2017, Koy self-produced his own Netflix original titled Jo Koy: Live from Seattle, which was released worldwide.  Koy can also be seen on Kevin Hart’s and Lionsgate’s platform LaughOutLoud.com, on which he hosts the unscripted show Inglorious Pranksters.
