Brandon T. Jackson is an American stand-up comedian/rapper/actor/writer. He has been in a countless amount of movies. Some of the films he is best known for are Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief, Lottery Ticket, Big Mommas: Like Father Like Son (with Martin Lawrence), “Alpa Chino” in Tropic Thunder (with Ben Stiller & Robert Downey Jr), and Roll Bounce. He comes from a very large family of nine children in Detroit Michigan. His mother is a pastor and his father is a priest. Brandon first started his career as a stand-up comedian at the very famous Laugh Factory and opened for comedians such as Wayne Brady and Chris Tucker.
His role as Junior” in the movie Roll Bounce won him the Black Reel Award for Breakthrough Performance in 2006. Later on, he becomes the host of the “Up Close and Personal Tour” which featured Chris Brown, Ne-Yo, Lil Wayne, Dem Franchize Boyz, and Juelz Santana. Other guest appearances include Wild ‘N Out with Nick Cannon, The Glee Project, and the unaired pilot for a Los Angeles Co TV show on CBS.
