PJ Walsh is known as one of the hardest working comedians behind the microphone, and for good reason. His boundless energy and the strength of his physical comedy have carried him around the globe, from the Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, to overseas tours for U.S. troops in several countries including Iraq & Afghanistan. PJ’s years touring with the stars of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour found him performing on celebrated stages including Radio City Music Hall, Universal Amphitheater and the Ryman Auditorium.  A successful show on Sirius Satellite radio and a role in the Lionsgate feature film “Delta Farce” followed.  PJ represented the Navy in 2014’s “Pin-Ups For Vets” calendar benefiting hospitalized Veterans and visited 16 countries entertaining our service members. In the summer of 2015, PJ was a featured competitor on the special Military Edition of American Ninja Warrior.  When not headlining comedy venues across the country, PJ is committed to raising funds and awareness for veterans and their families.

What is Summit Comedy, Inc.?

Summit Comedy was formed many moons ago in 1998 by Chuck Johnson, current owner/President.  Chuck Johnson entered the comedy business the day after graduating from Appalachian State University in 1995 where he booked all of the live music and comedy for the university’s club “Legends”.  His first job post college?…..one of comedian Carrot Top’s college agents and booking agent for the comedy club chain The Comedy Zone.  His second job?…..well, in 1998 he formed Summit Comedy, Inc. and he and his team of amazing agents has turned it into one of the Nation’s Largest suppliers of Stand-up Comedy & Comedy Entertainment for Colleges/Universities, Corporate Events, Country Clubs, Cruise ships, Clubs & beyond.
