Andy Pitz, is certainly on the rise. He is a regular at New York’s best comedy clubs including The World Famous Comic Strip Live, The Gotham Comedy Club, and Dangerfield’s. On television, Andy has scored spots on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Lat Late show w/Craig Ferguson and as a winner on Star Search on CBS. Andy has also worked in Atlantic City and Las Vegas where he has performed at The Borgata Hotel and Casino and The Tropicana. To answer the question comics seem to get the most, yes I write my own stuff. My material is relatively on the clean side but not overly safe. (I use language if it fits into what I'm doing, but very sparingly.) I emphasize being original, and I work toward having an act that is uniquely mine. Strangely enough, I find that audiences of many different make-ups relate to my ideas. I'm happy about that but it confuses me sometimes.
